WellSpree is owned and operated by Ellen-Marie DiGioia.  Ellen-Marie has earned a Master of Science in Human Performance and a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology.  She is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine and is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer.  She has extensive experience within the areas of fitness training, corporate wellness, and healthy lifestyle counseling.  She approaches wellness from a holistic point of view and  believes that all individuals can overcome obstacles to achieve their goals given the proper guidance, motivation, and lifestyle tools.
